Our butchers are quite the impressive pair.

 

CJ, our head butcher, spent 8 years in the Marines with tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan before moving to Colorado where he was the head butcher at Quarter Circle Processing.

 

His younger brother, Nathan, currently serves in the national guard. Prior to that, he moved here from Kansas where he was a law enforcement officer.
